Scot & Erica Webster

The Webster Connection

"Your Connection to ALL things Vail Valley"

Let the husband-wife team of Scot and Erica Webster connect you with the Vail Valley.  Whether you are buying or selling, with us you will find proven success in pairing people with property, as well as a deep knowledge and love of the Vail Valley's lifestyle, people, and businesses.

Originally from San Francisco, CA, Scot grew up in Tucson, AZ where he graduated from the University of Arizona (GO Wildcats!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration.  He moved to the Vail Valley in 1996, and landed a job as a Realtor with Slifer, Smith & Frampton, winning Rookie of the Year honors his first year.  With the firm, he first sold out the Cordillera Valley Club, and then joined the team which launched and sold out all developer inventory at Eagle Ranch. In 2011, he moved to his current Slifer office in Arrowhead.

He says, “There’s something very meaningful about selling somebody their piece of the Vail Valley. You’re talking about the dream that they have been working for. It’s the most beautiful place I can imagine, and those of us that get to live here full time are truly blessed!”  Scot believes in giving back to the community that he loves so much. He has served as a Councilman on the Eagle Town Board, sat on the Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission, and is a member of the Habitat for Humanity Board.

Born in Madison, WI, Erica Webster played on the University of Wisconsin Women’s Golf Team (GO Badgers!).  While at the UW she received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Major. She moved to the Vail Valley in 1994 to take a position with The Club at Cordillera, and soon became only the second female head golf professional in the state of Colorado.  During her tenure at Cordillera, Erica continued to play competitively, once tying for second place in the 2002 Colorado Women’s Open.  Her continued successes enabled her to become the host of a TV show on Fox Sports called “Golf Life”, as well as being named to the Instructional Panel for “Golf for Women” magazine.  After ten years as head golf professional at the Cordillera Mountain Course, Erica retired to stay at home with their growing family. Now, she says, “I look forward to using my determination and passion to help families achieve the lifestyle they long for in the Vail Valley!”
